Here we are! The online registration is ready to be used. This system is also new to us and although we went through a lot of training and testing, there still might be glitches. If you do run into problems with the online registration, please contact Loura (she will be in Holland from Aug 10-Aug 25 but will check her email regularly). If you are a new family and have had contact with Loura, please email her - klokhuis@aol.com - or cal H908-626-0608 of C908-656-1042 (after Aug 25) What you can expect during the online registration: Once you click the 'register' button, it will bring you to a secured website out of our system: - it will ask you to create a profile so click on "I'm new to this site" , it will explain which steps to follow - create your profile, as parent (uncheck participant! and you do not need to fill in your age) - once this is done, you will see a confirmation screen that your profile is created - there on the bottom you can go to add participant - your child(eren) - or if you want to go to class schedule - if you go to Add Participant, you will see a registration form. This is set up to meet our needs and there are many mandotory fields. (at Medical you can add our child's allergies, or other necessary information; insurance company en policy number is not necessary for our purposes) - if you fail to fill out a mandatory field, it shows you a big red box around the fields once you click ADD participant and do you have to fill out that information. After you added your child as a participant you can choose to add another child as a participant, or that you want your just added participant child to add to a class à then go to proceed to enrollment. - Enrollment shows you several school: Summit, Westchester, Manhattan and Princeton. Click the name of the school where your child(eren) will go to school: under this school you will find a list of classes. Choose the class where your child needs to go (WATCH OUT, if you are not sure which class your child goes into, contact Loura). All information regarding a particular class is there; the registration fee and the tuition for the year. After clicking the class your child would like to go in, choose the student (in case you have more than one child) to go into this class. - then click "add selected participants to this class" - you will go to the next screen payment due site where it shows you the now due amount and how you would like to pay this. We now accept creditcard as well as checks so you can pay the registration fee directly by using your creditcard. - we still have the possibility to pay the tuition in terms, annual, semi-annual and four terms. This information shows up after the required registration fee of $25 is received and your child(eren) is registred for the class.
